Foreign investment in Ireland: an investor’s goldmine!
A recent article published by Irish Times stated that Ireland has become more and more attractive for foreign investment. This prediction was reported by the Irish business and Employers Confederation (Ibec), who believed the recent economic adjustments has allowed a mark down in housing prices and rent.
Many investors are now considering foreign direct investment in Ireland in the hope that these investments will increase in profit in the near future. This is great for the government and potential investors, and also provides locals with opportunities to purchase housing at cheaper prices.
With the likelihood of investors from all over the world coming to Ireland, tourism will hopefully increase making the decision to mark down housing prices a good investment for Ireland and their future.
